Floor standing high efficiency gas fired stainless steel condensing Boilers.
Available in 2 outputs, 386 and 585kW.

The TT Boiler works in much the same way as a standard fan-flued Boiler except that it has a larger heat exchanger, made of stainless steel, which absorbs more heat from the burner and the flue gases. When return water temperature is below 54°C, the flue gases condense and release latent heat back into the Boiler; this would otherwise be wasted. The TT Boiler is highly efficient with the potential to reduce your fuel consumption and carbon emissions.

Fully modulating pre-mix burners

Equipped with twin pre-mix fully modulating burners, TT Boilers will mirror system heat demand and match output accordingly.

Each burner allows operation from 25% to 100% depending on system demand and the twin burner arrangement allows a modulation ratio of 8:1.

Heat exchanger

At the heart of each TT Boiler is a unique heat exchanger comprising three chambers manufactured from grade 316L stainless
steel. The design also provides superior resistance to corrosion caused by condensation from low water temperature.

The heat exchanger is low water content which allows high heat output from a compact design.

Controls

The integral TT Boiler controls include an external temperature compensation device which adjusts heat demand in response to outside temperature. This enables the Boiler to modulate and run at lower temperatures, allowing operation in condensing mode.

Built-in redundancy

The twin burner arrangement provides a level of built-in redundancy or stand-by in the event of component failure. This is of particular benefit on single Boiler installations.

 

 

Note: A system temperature sensor is required to operate the cascade management. This is available as an ancillary option.

Cascade management

Another standard feature of the TT Boiler controls is a cascade management system, which will operate on a multiple installation of up to 4 TT Boilers. Cascade management accurately matches Boiler output to system demand and provides optimum operating efficiency (a 4-Boiler installation provides a turndown ratio of 32:1).

Cascade management can be controlled externally via an in-built 0-10V DC input connection on the Boiler panel and will provide “back-up” protection should an individual Boiler be out of operation for maintenance purposes.
